Spring Valley is a private community in Northeast Columbia. It is an established area consisting of custom homes built between the early 1970s and the mid-1980s. Just twenty-five minutes from Columbia, Woodcreek Farms is only a few miles from many shopping and dining options and offers fifteen different communities. The Summit is a 12.4-square-mile planned community with more than 20 neighborhoods that were phased in between the early 1990s and early 2000s.
