Spring Valley

Spring Valley is a private community in Northeast Columbia. It is an established area consisting of custom homes built between the early 1970s and the mid-1980s. Spring Valley is made up of over 1,200 acres with many homes bordering the Spring Valley Country Club or one of eight lakes. Spring Valley is convenient to downtown Columbia, I-20, I-77, as well as shopping at The Village at Sandhills and Trenholm Plaza. In the past 12 months, smaller homes have sold in the low to mid $200,000s, with the largest homes selling for the mid $600,000s. The median cost of a home in Spring Valley is $350,000.

Wildewood

Wildewood is a large community northeast of downtown Columbia with upscale custom homes and a golf and country club, all within an easy commute to downtown and very easy access to I-20 and I-77. The Wildewood subdivision was developed in the late 1960s and 1970s. This 1,600-acre development is divided into several individual sections. In addition to beautiful homes, Wildewood is known for its immaculate landscaping, excellent schools, and active neighborhood association. Woodcreek Farms

Woodcreek Farms is a much sought-after neighborhood offering a variety of options from new construction townhomes to luxury, custom homes in excess of 7,000 square feet, many with the privacy of large, wooded lots. In this community of 2,200 acres, there are small lakes, walking trails, and a top-flight golf course and country club. Just twenty-five minutes from Columbia, Woodcreek Farms is only a few miles from many shopping and dining options and offers fifteen different communities. Larger homes have waterfront and golf course views, while other neighborhoods offer smaller homes with open floor plans. Townhomes start at $240,000 and single-family homes range from $400,000 to $1,500,000+, with the average sales price being $719,000. Something for everyone!

The Summit

The Summit is a 12.4-square-mile planned community with more than 20 neighborhoods that were phased in between the early 1990s and early 2000s. The communities offer parks and community centers with pools, soccer fields, tennis courts, playgrounds, and walking trails. Most neighborhoods range in price from the high $100,000s to mid $200,000s. There are a few communities where homes sell from the low to high $300,000s.
